  • Did anyone successfully puchase Dimension Strings on Feb 28th?

    After much consideration, on Feb 28th I finally decided to make my first forays into the orchestral instruments of VSL.

    So, I tried several times to purchase Dimension Strings at the discounted price. On every occasion the transaction was unsuccessful.

    I suspected a problem with the VSL website (or perhaps it's payment processing system was disabled) as none of several attempted transactions was ever received for processing by my credit card company.

    Despite sending several emails to both the sales team and the support team, I have had no reply at all from the normally very resposive team at VSL.

    Just wondering if anyone else experienced similar issues on the last day of this promotion?

    I guess I'll have to remain satisfied with just the Vienna Imperial after all.  [:(]


  • sorry to hear about your problem ... i just checked and we had several dozens of DimStrings orders on 28th ...

    i've also checked the logs and it seems your creditcard could not be authenticated.

    this may happen eg. if your CC is not enabled for oversea purchases ...

     

    please contact  - i'm sure they will find a solution for you.

    Thanks for looking into it, but that seems very unlikely as this is the same CC I used to make my purchase of Vienna Imperial just a few months ago.

    Perhaps this is just the Universe trying to tell me that I'm not ready for Dimension Strings yet !
