  • Solo strings- retrigerring samples

    Hi everyone,

How can you retrigger a sample ( sustain for example) in an notation program ( finale) ?

I'm working with the keyswitch dump file for finale (2014) and they work pretty well. But I can't figure out how to do this. What I intend is to have the sustain tricked somehow...without playing again the note.

    Thanks,

    B

  • Hello Bogdan!

Notes can be retriggered by a note off followed by a note on. This will not trigger the same note again, but the next repetition. In a notation program simply enter the same pitch twice without a rest in between and without a tie.

    Best regards,
    Andi

Thank you. The solution worked pretty well.
