[SOLVED] License Download issue

I just purchased my first VSL today so I'm trying to figure out how to get everything up and running. One issue though is when I enter the Activation Code in the eLCC it says it is downloading and to please be patient. It's been stuck there without any movement for over an hour. Is this normal? It says it can take several minutes but this doesn't seem right. I can't even click on the 'close' button. Can anyone help?

I just checked your licenses, seems like the license download completed - at least everything looks good from our side.
