When using Pitch bend assigned to Y-AXIS in VI

I'd like to assign PitchWheel to Y-AXIS for matrix control. However, afrer assigning it, in logic 9, when I control the pitchwheel, it functions as a pitch-bender as well as controller for Y-AXIS. Only when I use VI, I'd like the pitch wheel to function just as a controller for Y-AXIS. How should I do more?? Thanks in advance.

Hi sunnykim, 

Make sure that the Pitch Wheel  is NOT assigned to the Pitch Wheel of VI / VI PRO (right-click the pitch wheel in the GUI twice, or remove the controler from the Comtrol Mapping).
