Hi,
I'm running Mountain Lion on my Mac Pro. Whenever I try to load a 32-bit Instrument in an instance my VE Pro Server 4.x crashes. Do I have to upgrade to Version 5?
Thank you!

Hi matde,
You can always check with a free demo license (click "try"), if VE PRO 5 works better in this regard.
You can also send us a crash report with a few details (which plug-ins are involved, how can this be reproduced):
Also, when did this start (maybe after an upgrade)?
Best,
Paul
Hi Paul,
thanks for the quick reply.
I downloaded the trial Version of VE Pro 5 and installed it.
The main reason of using VE Pro is, that I'm using Logic Pro X and that I still want to work with some of my 32-bit plugins.
I started the 64-bit Server. It crashed twice, now it's running. Then I tried to start the 32-bit Server. It's crashing all the time, I can't use. So I tried to load some 32-bit plugins into one instance of the 64-bit server. To my total surprise: it worked. I thought I had to use the 32-bit server for 32-bit plugins, but that doesn't seem to be necessary????
Then I started Logic and connected to the server. So far: it works perfectly.
Is this the solution?
