  • Elicenser Control Center

Hi I have a problem with Elicenser Control Center. Any action that i try to do i get a message that saying "A communication problem occurred while accessing the license server. Please try again after downloading and installing the latest version of the eLicenser Control software from , or contact your software vendor's support department in case the problem persists. I already have the latest version of eLicenser Control What should i do ?

  • Hi xxdd1,

Could it be that you are behind a severe firewall or that other anti-virus programs (free-ware) is blocking the communication with the eLicenser server?

    Interesting. Which version?

Also, are you using any anti-virus programs or other free ware (like, e.g., "Little Snitch"), or a firewall in your router?

  • I don't have anti virus. My osx version is 10.8.5 I found the firewall settings and it is turned off.

  • Hi xxdd1,

How are you connected to the internet? Maybe through a bigger network / company network / more complex router system? Which provider are you using?

Anything that can help us find out what might block the communication with the eLicenser server will help.

  • My network is fine . I tried everything. Nothing works

  • Hi,

Did you try on a different computer, with a different internet access?

I can´t think of anything else but the network settings that would block communication.

You can always send more information to , so I can ask our IT guys.
