  • Sequencers and Vienna

Hi to all! A question. In searching the best sequencer for professional library as Vienna i have found that a lot of people use Cubase. Is there a particular reason or is it only my impression that Cubase is the "best" for midi sequencing of this library? Another question. If i have read right, Sequoia was the software for the recording of vienna samples. Is it also good for use vienna samples in composing or are better specific software as cubase and similar? Excuse me if this is the wrong section of the Forum, but i have not found a specific sessions for midi/audio sequencers. Thanks Alessandro.

  • There is no best sequencer. It all depends on what you need and what you are used to. If you have very little experience of sequencers, Cubase is problaby the one with some of the most useful features for VSL. The most useful thing to look up is Expression Maps.
