    to my knowledge FL Studio and VSL works flawless since 2008 or so ...

    install the software (VI or VE), install SE, insert the player as VST ...

    this video should explain details about inserting VST into FL Studio

    and remember: only a CRAY can run an endless loop in just three seconds.
