Right and left hand on piano

Is there som way to adjust the volume balance between the right and left hand on piano?

In my composition the whole left hand should have a little lower volume than the right one.

I am using Sibelius 6.

I have tried that and it works fine.

But is there som way to get the typical piano notation, where the right and left hand are tied together with a curly bracket. With two piano staves there will be a bracket for each staff.

You can enlarge or delete brackets.
