Can't find Vienna Suite Plugins

I've downloaded demo version of Vienna Suite, and I can't any of the plugins in Vienna Ensemble Pro 5, even though they come up during the loading process. Vienna Ensemble knows they are there, but why are they not available. They don't show up in the Plugins section of Preferences. When I hit rescan I can see all the plugins mentioned during the testing of VSTs. Am I missing something obvious?

did you actually activate the the demo-license on your eLicenser / Vienna Key?

Yes, and started the Demo period. Vienna Ensemle PRO 5 Server can see it when it rescans, but it doesn't show up in Vienna Ensemle itself.

Just to clarify, Vienna Ensemble PRO Server scans all the plugins, but when scan is over, Vienna Suite still doesn't show up in the Vst section in preferences.

Hmmm .... I was about to ask whether you added the path to the folder which contains Vienna Suite's DLLs (Preferences > Plug-ins > VST Settings) or not - but when you see VE Pro scanning through them, you obviously did that already.

May I kindly ask you to get in contact with , please? It's a good idea to include as many technical details about your system as possible (OS, software and driver versions etc.). They will get back to you ASAP.

Hi Dietz, I have done that. While writing I mentioned that I am also running Vienna Ensemble PRO 5 in demo mode. I didn't mention that to you, and I wondered whether being in Demo Mode it wouldn't load Vienna Suite? Just a thought. Thanks Phill
