  • How do I host Vienna Instruments on FL Studio?

I've recently purchased the Bassoon ensemble, and want to try and host it as a VST plug in on FL Studio. Please could someone tell me how do I go about doing this? I assume it's something to do with the Fruity Wrapper plugin? Thank you.

    Hi Hornerfan94,

Did you install the latest Vienna Instruments Software yet?

Does it show up in the VST plug-in list of FL Studio?

BTW: Which version of FL Studio, on which OS?

    Best,

    Paul

  • Hi Paul, I have installed the latest Vienna Instrument, yes, but it doesn't show up in the VST plugin list. And it's FL Studio 7, on Windows 7. Thanks, George

    Hi,

Did you check that you installed the plug-in in the right VST plug-in folder?

  • Ah, that might be it. I'll have a look at that now, thanks.

  • Hi again, Right, I've moved all the Vienna Instruments/Ensemble programmes that I've downloaded over into the FL Studio VST plugins folder, but they're not DLL files but application ones, neither Vienna Instruments nor Ensemble still aren't appearing in the VST list. Am I still doing something wrong? Thanks, George

  • Will do, but going to be away from the computer a couple of days, so I'll do it as soon as I get back. Thank you for the help.
