I purchased Ensemble Pro 5 and the dongle, everything seems to be ok, except that when I try to install Epic Orchestra from the DVD, I am told I have no licence/authorization for this. I also don't see the files in my user area, nor anyway of how to install/authorize them.

Ok, I managed to find get the authorization sorted, but when I try to install Epic Orchestra, I get a message about half-way through telling me to abort due to my HDD overheating? Never seen that one before. I copied the EO folders from my DVD drive to my desktop, and tried to install from there, but it does the same thing as when I am trying to install from disk.... this is my 3rd attempt....just waiting for the error message.... ok, happened again. I doubt very much anything is overheated, or there's any break in communications. Never seen this issue before.

Sorry to hear about these troubles.
The best idea is to download Epic Orchestra from your User Area (instructions on top). The Download Manager actually checks the integrity of the downloaded files.
