  • How to use the Vienna Instrument? ... a short Tutorial

    Hi all

I just wrote and adapted the free Tutorial "How to use the Vienna Instrument" for the current GUI of VI (for the current version).

(Sorry that I didn't it earlier)

It is a short guide which shows all the steps from a short midifile to the same result but played with the VI and some different articulations with the solo violin.

You also get images and a music example after each step which shows the progress.

The tutorial is for beginners. You will get the principle work with the VI.

Togehter with the PDF you will be able to do all the steps as well.

    Go to http://www.beat-kaufmann.com/vitutorials/vimidi/index.php

    and have fun

    Yours

    Beat Kaufmann

  • Beat - did you perform this line in "live" or did you step time it?

Thanks in advance for your answer.

    Hi Peter

It is long ago since I have produced the short original midi file.

Fact is that all the following treatments are done by using the mouse - also for getting proper grafics.

Nevertheless, it would be possible to change the articulations in live in this case.
