    Application 'Vienna Suite MCFACT' has caused the following error: eLicenser(s) contain(s) no valid license for this application. Options: - For troubleshooting information click . - Click to view available licenses. - Connect a valid eLicenser and click . - Click to abort. but the licenses are there because I can see them. This is VERY VERY FRUSTRATING. Also it says I have to download the download manager however when I go to the page, there is nothing there to download except the manuals...I went out and bought this software with the expectation I will be able to use is and not I am having second thoughts. This is NOT user friendly at all. Rich

    Hi Rich,

    I checked your account and so far, you have registered Vienna Ensemble PRO 5.

    Vienna Suite is a different product, which you can test-drive with a free demo licenses if you click "try" on the Vienna Suite product page.

    When I try to run any of it that is what I get. None of the other stuff is on my computer. When I start pro tools thats the error I get and when I finally get pro tools running, and I try to access the files for Ensemble Pro 5, that is what comes up.
