    Recently I have purchased two products (woodwinds I & VI PRO) from this website, which has showed if I could provide prove as a teacher I would be charged with 30% discount. However, when I used my credit card to purchase the products, my account has been directly deducted a full price, I am not sure what was going on, according to the website purchase instruction, it said, it would only charge after they verify with my teacher's certificate with discount. I am seeking for help, I have wrote emails, however with no replies yet, is there a false advertisment, I woud seek for full refund if there is no discount

    Hi Kevin,

    I believe I already replied to your emails. As described in our offer description:
    "Don’t get confused that the full price of a given product will be displayed when you order. After having verified your document, your order will be processed within one business day, and the discounted price will be charged to your credit card. In case there’s a problem with your ID, we’ll get back to you and ask you if you’d like to get the product at the full price or if you prefer to cancel your order."

    We have to reserve the full amount of the order, in case there's a problem with the student ID, or in case just a fake image has been uploaded. When the ID is verified, we only charge the discounted order total to your credit card or PayPal account, which is also what we did with your order. [;)]
