Chamber String 2 extension contents not recognized

I use Chamber Strings on Protools on my Mac OSX10.6.8. I have installed Chamber Strings 2 recently, and it was working fine until yesterday when it suddenly stopped to recognize extension contents. I have the license and the registration is complete, so it is not the issue of expiration. The eLicenser Controller does recognize the license and Directory Manager is scanning the contents, however, the following error message is shown when I run the maintenance on the eLicenser. "A communication problem occurred while accessing the license server. Please try again after downloading and installing the latest version of the eLicenser Control software from www.eLicenser.net or contact your software vendor's support department in case the problem persists. Click OK to proceed with further maintenance tasks or click Cancel to stop the maintenance procedure." I have already uploaded the License Database but nothing has changed and the Extension contents are still missing. The eLicense Controller is updated. I have also reinstalled the newest version of Vienna Instruments. Does this mean that the license file itself is broken? If anybody has experienced the same problem and managed to fix it, please share your knowledge with me. Thank you.
