looping notes

I'm a newbie. My apologies if this is a dumb question, especially if it has already been asked a million times. Is there a way to loop notes in the Vienna Instruments player? My string samples never seem to last long enough.

Hello xankim, 

I assume you are referring to the Solo Strings, especially the Performance Legatos.. we had to decide to let those stay unlooped, as the loops were simply to obvious. 

To make a note longer, keep the sustain pedal pressed and re-trigger the note, this will give you a bow change. As you can trigger this bow-change, the timing is up to you. 

Our string ensembles are all looped, of course (much easier with ensemble sound).
