    Hi. I already setup Vienna Instruments 2 years ago. I updated my computer and I try to use Vienna Instrument again. But while I am trying to re-setup to my Computer, it said already registered. To set it up to my computer, how can I do? Vienna key also has same problem. I used to use Berklee.net but it is not working anymore. So I make new account. Is that possible? Get me answer. I am so busy. Please help me as soon as you possible. Thank you.

    I have just answered your mail to our support team. Hope that helps.

    In short: Your products are already registered, and the licenses are on your key.

    To request a data change, please go to your Profile settings and use the right rider.

    the change will be done manually.

    Please answer my email that I wrote via support - I was asking which email address you are registered with, to find out which products are on your account.
