    Hi, I'm really sorry if I'm wrong to make new post here. I tried to activate Vienna Suite demo. eLicenser Control Center couldn't finish to download license for Vienna suite demo with right activation code. Error message says like, Downloading of license: Can't keep download license with error, Pls restart your computer or Pls contact support of software if you keep getting error. well I already restart PC a few times and tried to activate, But it couldn't finish. I already asked abt this issue to Yamaha(a distributor of steinberg is Yamaha in Japan) But they can't fix this issue yet. Seems Vienna Suite have really interesting and nice plugins, I'd like to try these plugins for my project. Can anyone fix this issue or got same issue like me?     Welcome Kosuke,

    sorry to hear about that issue. May I please ask you that you get in contact with - a link to this thread should be sufficient (although it never hurts to include as much information as possible 😊 ...). They will get back to you ASAP after the weekend.

    In the meantime, you could try to insert your eLicenser on another USB-slot, preferably directly on your computer, without using an USB-hub. And please make sure that you have installed the latest drivers and software from http://www.elicenser.net/en/latest_downloads.html. Sometimes that's all what's needed to fix any eLicenser -related problems.

    I already tried to insert eLicenser on another USB slot,

    and i already installed latest driver and software of elicenser.

    it didnt work unfortunately.
