    A couple of days ago I sen a mail so the sales department and still got no answer. I'm posting it here, so maybe someone can help me.

    Hi there.
    I'm planning to buy MIR PRO 24 plus roompack 1. When I log into my account, MIR's buy buttons are active, but in the roompack's pages the buttons are grayed out, which means I cannot buy them. The question is, do I need to have MIR installed in my computer in order to be able to buy/download the roompacks? If so, this is a problem as my master computer is connected to internet but my slave (which it's gonna be hosting MIR) is not.

    I don't mind ordering the USB drive, but does it contain all the intallers (software plus roompacks) or just the software installers?

    Hi Cojoncio,

    Please excuse the delayed reply over the weekend, it's been very busy at the Vienna Symphonic Library lately, and we've had a public holiday yesterday, Monday.

    Thanx for both replies. I've already checked my mailbox.

    Everything is downloaded, but I have a problem with the install.

    Will check the forum and if I cannot find a solution, will post a new thread describing the problem.
