    Hi, i bought Vienna Chamber strings some years ago, but i lost my login for my personal page in vienna site i create a new account, I have the syncrosoft key with the license and I have the serial, but when i try to insert the serial the site tell me that the serial is registered to another user... serial is: XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX  thanks
