Soundcard Latency and Ve Pro 5

Hi. Does having a high end sound card installed on a slave PC make a difference to Ve pro's latency over the network? I don't have one installed at the moment. Would it be worth putting one in? Thanks.

If you are using VE Pro, you don't need any sound card on the slave.  [;)]
