Which kind order you use with keyswitches ?
Which kind order you use with keyswitches ? btw is nice i can use only only preforming techniques what i need in current production. i prefer modular way make things.

I try to stick as closely as possible to the order in the VSL-provided matrices--and I use the present matrices whenever possible (just disabling uneeded samples to save memory). The reasons: 1-I can easily remember which switches to use for a given articulation and 2-If I decide to switch from one library to another (e.g., orchestra to chamber) there are usually very few changes needed.

I make my own matrices with an order loosely based on short to long. I try to keep common articulations on the same keyswitches across all instruments. This did involve a bit of planning - and creating new matrices for each new instrument - last done when the Dimension Strings came out - but now I can quickly audition ideas across instruments and families and have learnt where the common articulations are.

The order is inconsequential .. you will never use my matrices .. it's whether your's relate to one another ...
