    When using the piano in full orchestral tutti passages you can't hear the notes and only hear,feel thumping!!!

    Here is the piano alone

    Here it is with the orchestra (and choirs and organ)

    Can anything be done?

     Maybe your "Maximum Voice" settings of VI PRO are set too low. 

    Compare this setting with the amount of streamed voices VI PRO is displaying.

    Ofcourse it might be also possible that you max out the streaming capacity of your computer

    More infos related to "Maximum Voice" you can find in the VI PRO manual on page 20/21.

    Hi Herb,

    at its max the number of voices gets over 700 so I changed the instance voices to 768.

    Is there any other changes I should make bearing in mind I'm running a large orchestra + Choir + organ/piano etc. Should the streaming threads be 8. I've already set it to 8 in VEP5.
