    Hi. I bought a new computer and wanted to do a clean start instead of restarting from Time Capsule (Time Machine OS X) on my Macbook Pro Retina. No optical drive that is. Only problem is i basically forgot how to do this. I have the Vienna Pro player, i have the licence dongle, i even have the folder called 240_dimension_brass but I dont know how to get the sounds into the player. Would be really thankful for your help on this. Emil

    Hi Emil,

    Launch the Directory Manager (from Applications => Vienna Instruments PRO), select all folder you see.

    Then click "Remove" and add all the sample content by drag and drop from your Finder.

    Here is a video on "How to use the Directory Manager".

    Now this is GOOD SUPPORT. 100% flawless support from the start with you guys. If i'd lose the content, is it possible to find data-downloads in future?
