  • Hi Carl,

I assume that you mean "no longer".

Which version are your working with, on which OS, and what does the pop-up error message say?

    Thanks,

    Paul

  • Yes, it should be no longer-

    PC Win7 64 / MIR Pro 5.1.11925

Message: An error occured while parsing server response:
    Expected '#'or'[a-zA-Z]',but got ''.

  • I believe you have the latest build so maybe it is working but not giving an informative message back?

  • I'm seeing this too. Win7-64, Cubase 6.5. But I also get this message if I launch MIR standalone.

  • Hi,

We cannot reproduce this here on any of our machines. Which versions are you using?

    Best,

    Paul

  • Hi Paul,

me too: I'm using MIR Pro 5.1.11925, have got the small MIR24 license and am using it as a plugin or standalone. I do not use it with Vienna Ensemble Pro.

All I do is start MIR Pro and I get the error message described above. (BTW, I'm using Avast as my antivirus solution). System is Windows 7 x64, primary harddrive is an SSD and I got 12GB RAM.

    Regards,

    Hajo

P.S. I could send you a network analyser log if it helps.

  • Any news on this?

I also see there's a new update so to install manually do I need remove previous versions or just over them?

  • Hi,

No news on this, we can´t reproduce it here, unfortunately.

You can always install over older versions.

    Paul

  • Hi, any update on this? It is not terribly important, but it is a bit annoying.

    Regards

    Hajo

  • Hello Hajo,

Will be fixed with the next update, which is currently in beta-testing.

    Thanks for your patience,

    Paul
