    I wanted to buy Dimension Strings last week because is saw that the price of the early bird offer was pretty good for the deal (€695). Considering you still have to buy instrument pro to get the most out of it. I went to create a paypal account for it. Now i come back after a couple of days and the price went up to €745. WTF, the info never said anything about price raises except for the when the rest of the strings become available? You get the same product, how do you justify this price raise. I know we are getting closer to release but am i paying €50 because time has passed, and the other januari deals are gone? I'm seriously reconsidering this purchase because of this nonsese.

    They were on sale for months.  They're still on sale, just not as much.  There's no nonsense involved.

    Thanks a lot for that insight Bill! I dont care what your opinion on the matter is. I want to know why the price went up. It's just weird that you have to pay more all of a sudden for the same product. A product wich is currently still only 1/4 complete with no indication when it will be completed, so you dont even know what you're paying for. I have to put my trust in the guys at vienna and in return you get a cheaper price, wich is nice because i have limited funds.

    I think I saw somewhere in the web page that the price was going to rise after the 15th of January. That's why I bought it last Friday. If you don't care about other people's opinion, why do you write in a forum? As DG said, talk to VSL directly.

    I wrote on this forums to get an answers to my question, not too hear peoples oppinions regarding sales. I saw that the staff of Vienna also responds to forum topics and i figured that more people would have the same question. So i asked it publicly so they can find the answer too. I asked the question "Why did the price go up?", the question was not answered by DG. You claim to have seen a message regarding the price raise wich i must have overlooked or it was not cleary there, at least not on the early bird offer page where the prices are stated. Even if it was on the page, its still a bit weird to me that the price goes up without a change to the product, I would have bought it earlier but i had to wait for paypal.

    It was the longest running Introductory Offer we've ever had, we even extended it as opposed to our original plan. We're adapting prices from time to time, and that's what we had to do at the beginning of the year.     The large banner that was up for weeks clearly showed offers ending January 15th.

    Months later, it is still being offered for €450 off,  I don't see any reason to complain.
