    Hi, I am new to Vienna Instruments and bought a special edition which I am running in Pro Tools 9. I am having notes, usually longer notes on violins legato, that seem to peter out very quickly sometimes in my track. Other times it sustains the note fine, but certain ones just seem to drop down in volume/intensity no matter what the velocity setting. I do have Velocity Fade and Slot Fade turned on. I know I am making some dumb new user error. Can anyone help me please?     It sounds as if the notes drop out because that's the length they were recorded. Start notes are likely to be OK, but ones that include the legato transition are shorter.

    I assume that is part of the problem, but sometimes they drop out really quick, especially when there is a new measure. For instance, If I start a note on beat 4, it drops the note down in volume at beat 1 for the entire next measure. It is still playing, but at roughly half the volume/intensity. I could play the same note somewhere else on beat 1 and it will sustain throughout that measure. Any thoughts?
