    Hi

    Just moved my Mir Pro license onto a different machine, and bought a Mir Pro 24 license for my original system.

    Now when I load up my template, the original system (which used to host Mir Pro and now hosts Mir Pro 24) says it can't find any roompacks.  I've repeatedly pointed it at the original roompack folder, but it won't see them.  Please can somebody advise what the problem is - I've spent all afternoon trying to get his working and am losing patience.

    Is the Mir Pro 24 just a license or do I need to install different software to Mir Pro?

    Do I need to download different Room Packs?

    Everything worked fine with Mir Pro, but not at all with Mir 24.

    PS. The error I see is:

    "There's no venue available for Vienna Mir Pro ..."

    I've tried running just Vienna Mir Pro, and downloaded the latest installers, but I get this error message every time.

    I've also tried copying my roompacks to a different folder and pointing Mir at that folder - same result.

    Would really appreciate an urgent response, as I can't work until I get this resolved.

    I've now copied my Mir Room packs from a different system, as they appear to be later version numbers, and are working fine with Mir Pro on that system.

    No difference, still getting the same error in Mir Pro 24.

    Re-downloaded and reinstalled my roompacks and now it works ok again.  Very strange.  Oh well ...
