I'm setting up an orchestral template in my new PC server and I wonder if there is a way to transfer my VS custom presets from my Mac Pro to the new windows 7 slave.
Are they compatible or do I have to redo them all again?
In case they were compatible, where should I put them? As an old Mac user I feel very clumsy with Windows [:$]

VS-Custom Presets? VS? The Vienna Suite Presets and the Vienna Ensemble Presets are compatible. I assume that all other Presets are compatible as well.
Where to put them?
You will find the path(s) within the manuals of each software (SUITE; VE; VI;..)
Another trick is to save a preset with a special name (in the slave with Windos) so that you can search it afterwards. "testpreset-suite" for example.
Let windows search for "testpreset-suite". You will get the file incl. the path...
Save all the corresponding files into the certain folder.
You can manage all these tasks within the "Windows Explorer"

Once you have found the folder with the Suite Presets:
Make sure that each effect got a subfolder. So you need to put the EQ-Presets into the EQ-folder, the... etc.
