    I'll have our IT team have a look at it. Would you please be so kind and let me know which version of Chrome you've been using on which OS X, either at or here in this thread, that would be appreciated!

    Don't worry, I managed to download my files using Firefox. I'm not near my Mac at the moment, but just then I had the same problem on Chrome/Windows 7. Version of Chrome is 22.0.1229.94 m
