Registering new Vienna Key

I just bought a new Vienna Key from Ilio last weeki and I believe it needs to be registered on the VSL page for the warranty to be in effect.  Is that correct?  If so, how and where do I register it?

 The warranty period is based on the recipt date, so be sure to save that.
