    I recently purchased my first VSL product, it was delivered tuesday, tuesday (30th Nov 2012), I discovered a problem, and sent 2 emails that day. Still no reply... Any got information?

    We are doing our best to answer within 24 hours. As we are now at the end of the Student Discount month, it´s really busy for our sales team. Today is also a holiday.
