Can't not load vienna instrument and ensemble with DP!!

Hi, I have a problem to load my vienna instrument and ensemble with DP on my Imac. I usally use it on my macbook pro. It was no problem, but when I had a heavy orcheration work, there was hard crach many times. Therefore, I buy a imac, I try to install it on my imac, but I fail many times and I succeed to install it finally. However, when I load vienna instrument or ensemble on DP, it could not load anything and DP is not working also, so I have to do force quit DP. I can not connect sever interface. I have no idea! Please help me!! *Here is information of my Imac and DP 27 inch iMac (Mid 2010) OS X 10.6.8 2.66 GHz Intel Core i5 8GB 1067 MHz DDR3 DP 7.24 Version Vienna Specail Edition

Welcome Soyean, 

Please install the latest Vienna Instruments Software (that includes Vienna Enesemble).

Then restart your computer, insert Vienna Ensemble again. The Vienna Ensemble SERVICE will start automatically and everything should work as expected. 

If not, please contact  directly, with a few screenshots and a reference to this thread.

Thanks! Paul! I try to do by your advice, but it is still not working. I bought used IMac. It is same OX with my macbook pro, so I decide to install same version:. (not latest version). Therefore, I am try to install again by tutorial movie now. Can I have some questions? 1. First step: Syncrosoft license control center: I put the purple CD and choose syncro soft version 5.4.8.13. However, when I install it, it is not working, and there is a notice message. Syncrosoft License Control can't be installed on this computer. because the installed operating system version is too old. At least system version Mac OX 10.3("Panther") is required! However, as I know my OX version is 10.6.8. Anyway, I decide to download lower version, but syncrofoft web site is not open. Also, I find elicenser .net . Is it same thing? Can I download E.licenser software instead syncrosoft licenser? 2. Second step: registration on Vienna Website I already register my vienna on the website, because I am using it on my macbook. Do I have to do again for my Imac again?

Hello Soyean,

1) Yes, eLicenser is the new name, here is the latest eLCC software.

2) You only have to register your products once on your account.

I re-install vienna Instument. I think it is no problem to install vienna. However,it is still not load smplems with Vienna Instrument(Specail Edition) with DP 7. I can see vienna instrument window on DP, but when I click the vienna window to load samples, it is frozen with D.P. When I try to close DP by force quit window, I can see the message that only DP is not responsable. (There is no message about vienna Instumnet) I have a important project, so I don't have much time to solve it. Please, help me. Also, I find similar posting. I think it is similar problem. What do I have to do? Thanks! ...................................................................................................................... tried to load samples with Vienna Instrument in Nuendo 4, but the samples (Special Edition) do not load. All the preset matrix are there but without samples. I check the "perform" function, and it shows 0 samples. Vienna Ensemble and Vienna Instrument Pro work fine in Nuendo, but Vienna Instrument does not. Any ideas ? Thank you so much. Hi Soyean, 

Did you try to repair permissions on your system drive (use "DiskUtility")? Could you also send a few screenshots of what you see to , so we can see what you see?
