    Hi,

    after installing the dimension string samples and the license (elicenser) the new intsruments are visible in the VSL instruments pro. Loading a preset works (it needs only less than a second to load), but it seems that there are no samples. The articulations are visible, but the keyboard in the VSL instruments window remains gray. Only the control keys (to change the articulations) are active. 

    I user the newes version of VSL instruments pro on a Mac Pro (Mac OSX 10.6.8, 18GB RAM) and Logic Pro (newest version). 

    What could be wrong?

    Hi,

    This is a feature of VI PRO, it loads VI PRO Presets (which can be huge) with disabled cells.

    Click on a cell, this will enable it (load the samples in the background).

    Right-click on a matrix (in the matrix list to the left), you can "enable" the whole matrix.

    In "Settings" (the icon left to the Basic/Advanved View), you can also enable the whole instance and find additional options (like "Force Enabled Cells").
