Sorry to post this but I've sent 2 emails trying to catch you as I don't think you work Saturdays.
I always purchase using PayPal, but early this morning I used a credit card.
VSL thanked me for my purchase via the confirmation splash page and sent the usual email. Neither of these contained an activation code.
I called the bank and was told the transaction went through...
Is there a problem???

I do see that the transaction went through, for some reason our system seems not to have completed the order, That's why you haven't received a product registration or an email confirmation.
I'm very sorry about this, we'll send you the activation code as soon as possible.
In the meantime I will send you a demo license via separate email to enable you to use your new purchase.
