I'm wondering if I'm missing something here or if this is an error in programming ---
On trying to set up the bassoon staccato alternation I notice the keyswitch dimension start is set for C1. Since the dimensions go up 12 steps, that puts the dimension keys into the range of the two lowest notes on the bassoon - the b1 and a#1. So when I try to play those notes, the 11th or 12th dimension is activated and the alternation setup is lost. Is there a simple way around this, or is it wrongly set up to begin with? I notice the string basses have the keyswitches way up high above the range which makes it easier to deal with.
