    I am currently running VE Pro 5/MIR Pro in my host computer . I am contemplating running the program in a master-slave environment. I had one question in this regard. As I will only be using one slave computer, do I need a Gigabit switch? Can I make do with a crossover cable? If I can use a crossover cable, are there partucular specifications for this or will any crossover cable work? Is there any other hardware/software which I need to get? Also, is there a way to share the screen and keyboard between the master and slave. I do not want to go for 2 monitors/keyboards. I am a newbie with regards to this so your help will be highly appreciated. My system is as follows: Computer 1 -Custom PC: Intel i7 3700 processor quad core 3.4Ghz, 24 GB ram, Gigibyte H77 mother board, SATA hard drives, MAudio Delta 1010LT soundcard Computer 2 - Acer PC: Intel Dual Core 2.6 GHz, 4 gb ram, Sata hard drives DAW: Cubase 6.5 Thanks
