    I have a 2009 mac pro 8 core and Logic 9.1. I have Win7 64 PC slave with VE Pro 4.1 latest version on both. The VE pro audio unit opens in Logic 9 but will not see a slave PC or connect. I have tried Studio One 2 and it see's ALL slaves and connects working perfectly. What could be the difference between the 2 DAW's? I am running OS X 10.7.5 what is the problem? Please Help!

    Is there a firewall on the PC? If the PC is visible to your Mac on your network then I presume the filesharing settings are OK.  

    I wonder if there is an issue with VSL EP 4.1 and 10.7.5? Has this setup been working up to now? Is this a new problem since upgrading the OS to 10.7.5?   Can you try VSL EP 5.1 to see if that fixes it?
