    Hi there, I have just been installing and authorizing the upgrades on one of my setups. On the set-up that i upgraded from volume 1 (and 1plus), i can now access volume 2 (and 2plus), but i can't seem to find either 3 or 4. I downloaded the content from the site adn the authorizations all worked well but i cannot find them in the vsl window. ANy thoughts?

    Hi VillageSound,

    3 things to check:

    1. Are you using the latest versions of all VSL software and the eLCC?
    2. Are your licenses available on the connected key (do you see the key and licenses in the eLCC Sowtware?
    3. Is the sample content assigned correctly in the Directory Manager?

    => If not: Please open the Directory Manager, remove all folders - then add all sample content again by drag and drop from your Finder/Explorer.
