    Hi, I've been trying to change some info in my profile for several months now, but it justs says "Sorry, an error occured". No idea why. Therefore I can't use the enhanced editor. Please look over this. Best, A

    We checked your profile and couldn´t find anything unusual.... We filled a few fields with dummies. Does that help?

    Hi! No, didn't help. Can't change any info including VAT-ID which i really need to put in. Can you reset the profile or something? I need to be able to change this info. /Andreas
