    I've been using the same eLCC key since 2009 (storing Special Edition and Special Edition Plus licenses), and for some reason when I moved my library content from an external drive to my main computer (Mac Pro), one of the libraries was removed from my eLCC. Is there any way to retrieve the activation code so that I can reactivate the library in eLicenser?

    You need to contact support@vsl.co.at

    However, in the meantime please check that you are using the latest version of all software, including the eLicenser software, in case that is the problem.
