Yes, you will benefit on 1 computer.

VE PRO runs as a separate application outside your sequencer, so you can access 32 bit Plug-ins and 64 bit Plug-ins by running the 2 VE PRO servers (32/64 bit) simultaneously.

The "Preserve" feature lets you keep all samples loaded, while you can switch to another song or even sequencer.

No, it just means that you need a (1) ViennaKey, so that you can store your licenses on it!
