    I have a basic question . VLS Pro Edtion is Pro Performance ? .. I mean are they same wtih different names ? ... Are Orchestra Cube and Symphonic Cube also same ? if answers are no , so what is the difference between Pro Edition and Pro Performance? Do they have different instruments? and what is the difference between Orchestra Cube and Symphonic Cube ? Thanks

    Hello ilter,

    "PRO Edition" was the name of our legacy sample collection, which consisted of the "Orchestral Cube" and the "Performance Set".

    The "Performance Tool" was the key to access and use the "Performance Legatos" and other performance articulations.

    It is sold out since about 7 years and has been replaced by our Vienna Instruments Collections.

    No, I´m afraid you got that wrong.

    The Symphonic Cube is a new product, powered by Vienna Instruments. 

    The Pro Edition is our old and outdated legacy product, one part of it was the Pro Edition Performance Set. 

    The Pro Edition is not available for sale anywhere anymore - may I ask why you are so interested in this old product?

    When i searched on internet , i read reviews about Pro Edition and it makes sence for me . I'm Orchestral uplifting trance and film score producer. I'm in searching about your lbraries to buy but i can buy just one of them (i mean one bundle or package) , i mean i cant buy all bundeles if honestly . You have many bundles and they have ensamble,solos and ext and i couldnt get which library will be good for me for a full solo and orchestral elements. I couldnt get which bundles or package includes same instruments or what is difference. Orchestra Cube,Symphonic Cube,Pro Edition,Performance Pro Edition,Opus 1,Opus 2,Horizon Series. i'm just newbie about VSL . I would like to hear like that if it is not hard for you and i dont disturb you all Orchestra Cube - includes bla bla .... Symphonic Cube - includes bla bla.... and it goes like that. Or which package includes all horizon,opus Ext. What is difference between Pro PErformance and Symphonic Cube (i'm about instruments) thanks so much .

    Hello ilter,

    The right product for you are our Special Editions.

    They contain the most essential articulations for all included instruments and give you a great overview and basis for virtual orchestrations.

    As explained on this Overview page, you can purchase the Special Editions in different sizes, from Sections (smallest) to Collections (medium) to BUNDLES.

    Hi ilter,

    First, the Pro Edition Performance Set is not available anymore.

    Secondly, it relies on the Performance Tool, which only works in combination with GigaStudio (out of business) and EXS 24 (dropped Performance Tool support unannounced in Logic 9).

    Third: The Symphonic Cube contains more instruments, 3 times the samples, many more articulations and is powered by our tailor-made Vienna Instruments that multiply the possibilities of all these factors, compared to what was possible with the Pro Edition.

    There are so many differences that I could go on forever... But the website describes all this in detail, not to mention the many hours of video tutorials [H]

    Thanks so much , you offered me " Special Edition " but i also think about Symphonic Cube :) but everyone reviews about Pro Edition thats why i had obsession :)
