    I've activated the product but inserting the first DVD shows no installer. I can't see how I am to install the piano. Can anyone please help?

    Now I remember...there is an installer application! But when I locate package info on DVD1 I get told it is incomplete. I assume it knows there must be more DVDs other than just 1, and clock OK. But it doesn't proceed to load anything at all...

    Ok, now I'm getting somewhere. There is a Vienna Imperial installer on your site, which I didn't see on the DVDs. I've downloaded the Imperial software and I seem to be installing the Vienna Imperial instrument OK now.

    Perhaps the leaflet that comes in the box could be a bit clearer, that you have to download the Imperial installer first.
