    Hello!

     I have Woodwinds 1 + extended,  and plan to buy soon Solo Strings 1 and Brass 1 with the extensions.  I have Special Edition and Special Edition Plus too.

    I don't need the woodwinds on the Special Edition that I already have with the DVD collection and won't need the Brass SE + soon...  Is there a way to delete these samples without deleting ALL the SE collection?  Because I steel need the piano,  percussion,  some winds,  ect...

    Hi Vincent,

    With the release of the new versions of the Special Editions, you have more flexibility regarding which parts you'd like to keep installed. What I did was completely uninstall the DVD Special Edition files and then download the new versions available in the User Area. You can then decide which of the sections you'd like to forego when reinstalling them.

    If you'd like to pick and choose which sections to keep on your computer, I'd recommend just deleting the whole DVD versions from your computer and starting fresh with the downloadable files. Volumes 1, 1+, 2, and 2+ are divided into a total of 16 different files, so you'll be able to save quite a bit of space by skipping those that you don't need.

    The DVDs themselves can now be used as coasters or scrapers for cleaning pots and pans. If you have chickens or a vegetable garden, you can hang them around the yard to scare away hawks and rodents. If marooned on a desert island, use a Special Edition DVD to signal passing aircraft.
