A question about the Vienna Suite Power Panning
I layer solo instruments, my Vlns for example comprise 15 mostly solo libraries from various libraries.
My idea is that prior to moving the Vlns to a Group Channel I want to use the full 90 of the Power Pan on these individual 15 "chairs" to create for each chair narrow overlapping fields of their sound spread in small fans across the full 90 degree field. And then, like panning drums. after moving the Vlns into first and second group channels I would the to Pan these two master Groups based upon normal Orchestral Pan conventions.
Before I commit to the work on my template I just want to make sure that there is nothing in the build of the Power Pan software that would have the second usage ( the Group Channels) overide the original internal multiple instrument settings
One more question---
Is there a way to create sub folders in Vienna Ensemble to save our mix presets ?
Something like a "Master Tbn" folder with Tbn subfolders by project, specific EQ etc settings etc?
