    Hi all, background: - Special Edition Standard Library (I think it is called Special Edition Volume 1) - Strings (ensemble) problem: how to add vibrato to legato performances ? Thank you, Paul.

    You'll have to find a vibrato patch. I don't think it's possible to add vibrato to prerecorded samples.  At least it's not possible with the basic Vienna Player.  You might be able to do it with VI Pro or one of the other advanced programs.  I don't have those programs so I can't say.

    Ya know, on second thought, you could cross fade a nonvibrato patch with a vibrato patch and vice versa.  I forgot about that in my previous.  Sorry.

    I don't believe the Special Edition Volume 1 has any options as far as vibrato is concerned.
