URGENT: OOPS VIENNA SPECIAL EDITION VOL 1 PLUS

Hi I'm new to this forum. I've made an absolute rookie error and purchased Special Edition Vol 1 PLUS thinking that it was a bundle with Special Edition Vol 1. Massive stupidity on my part. I have not fully downloaded any of the articulations yet, but I have registered by Steinberg Key (that I am putting the licence on) and the products. Is there any chance Vienna will give me a refund so I can purchase Special Edition Vol. 1? Alternatively could they offer the Special Edition Vol 1 on top of what I have bought at the bundle offer price? I appreciate that this was a massive stupid error on my part but was wondering if anyone knew how strict Vienna are with refunds, and if any of the above options were possible. I have emailed support and am awaiting a reply. Thanks!

It doesn't really matter what we think. We can't do anything. Wait for support to get back to you. If they don't get back within 24 hours, then either bump this thread or email them again.
