    Hello, total Newb here, just purchased and downloaded SE Vol. 1 Strings thinking I could run it without needing any other libraries, but when I run the Library Installer I get the error message: "The following licenses are needed to install this package: SE Strings Basic *" I have searched for "SE Strings Basic" and cannot find a single reference to it anywhere. Am running mac OS 10.6.8 and have installed the latest eLCC and the latest VSL Software (Vienna Instruments, and Vienna Ensemble). The license seems to check out, and when I run the standalone version of VE it says: "The following licenses are installed SE Vol-1 Strings Vienna Instruments" Any help appreciated.

    You have to download the licences to your dongle BEFORE you can install the library itself. Run the eLicencer software and enter the licence code you were given via email. After the licences have been successfully installed, run the library installer.

    Thanks, but yes I have already downloaded them, and it all looks fine. On the dongle it says I have the Collection License containing Vienna Instrument and SE Vol-1 Strings. This is also confirmed when opening Vienna Instrument.

    please check if you are running the latest versions of Vienna Instruments and eLicenser control center.
